1.What's the warranty policy?
We hav e one Year Warranty under normal operation but exclude misusing and human damage.
2. What's the deliery time?
Delivery time: 3~5 days for sample order,30-45 working days for bulk order. Customized products will be redefined from our production manager.
3. Do you provide OEM service?
Sure .We have a professional team which is having considerable experience in string instruments manufacturing. Please send us the sample or offer us the high definition images, text, logo and your ideas. We will try our best to put your ideas into effect and sent you finished files for confirmation.
4.What's the payment term?
100% T/T for sample order; If bulk order,30%T/T advance, remaining 70% payment will be against the copy of B/L ;
5. What's the transportation ways?
